About the Area
Our area is pleasantly comprised of various communities. Whether you are looking for a vacation home, full time residence, home on acreage, or vacant land you should be able to find it here. Located just an hour north of Los Angeles or 45 minutes south of Bakersfield, commuter close to Interstate 5.
Los Padres Estates- A planned unit development of close to 200 home sites, situated in the oaks. Zoned for mobile-manufactured homes on their own lot. Lot sizes start at approximately1/4 acre. Beautiful private canyon yet freeway close.
Lebec- The first community your come to in our area is Lebec which is comprised of Digier Cyn, Los Padres Estates, O'Neill Canyon, Clear Canyon and Lebec. It is the home of the Tejon Ranch Corporation and Ft. Tejon State Historic Park, and El Tejon Unified School District. Lots, acreage and residences are available.
Frazier Park - Charming old mountain town surrounded by the Los Padres National Forest. Homes range from weekend cabins to full time residences, all of which enjoy a friendly small town atmosphere. Centrally located FP houses most of the health and commerical services.
