Alice Crandall - Realtor® Alice Crandall has been an integral part of Country Home & Ranch Real Estate since it's inception in 1993. She has created a successful career representing both buyers and sellers throughout the mountain communities. A native California, she loves the blue skies, views, fresh air and quiet settings found in these mountains. Alice & husband Jerry, a retired L.A. City Fireman, moved to Pinon Pines in 1979. Her love of animals has led to active membership in Shelter on the Hill. An avid quilter, Alice belongs to two quilt groups. She enjoys gardening, antiques and traveling. Susan Yarbrough was born and raised in
Indiana and has lived in Texas, Florida,
Ohio and San Diego prior to moving to
Frazier Park in 1988. She began her career
in real estate in 1989 working for Century
21 The land Office. Susan has been both a
